Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026
1. What this service is
InstantVideoCall is a free utility that generates video call links. You click a button, get a link, share it, and talk. There is no account, no subscription, and no payment involved.
2. The service is provided as-is
We provide this service without warranties of any kind. Video calls rely on third-party open-source Jitsi servers that we do not own or operate. We cannot guarantee uptime, call quality, or availability of any specific server.
3. Third-party infrastructure
Video and audio traffic flows through publicly available Jitsi Meet servers operated by independent organizations. We are not responsible for the behavior, policies, or availability of these servers. Each server operator may have their own terms and privacy practices.
4. No data storage
We do not store your video, audio, or chat content. We do not record calls. Call rooms are temporary and cease to exist when all participants leave.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose, harassment, distribution of harmful content, or any activity that disrupts the service for others. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting and other protections.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to connection failures, data loss, or server unavailability. Use this service at your own risk.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
